Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 기판에 일방향을 따라 전극을 형성하고, 상기 기판의 가장자리에 얼라인 마크들(align mark)을 형성하는 단계;상기 얼라인 마크들을 덮으면서 상기 기판상에 유전체 페이스트(paste)를 단일층으로 도포하는 단계;상기 유전체 페이스트를 건조하는 단계; 및상기 유전체 페이스트를 소성하여 유전층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널(plasma display panel, PDP)의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전체 페이스트를 도포하는 단계에서, 상기 유전체 페이스트를 코터(coater)로 도포하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전체 페이스트를 도포하는 단계에서, 상기 유전체 페이스트는 라미네이션 시트(lamination sheet) 형태로 도포되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극을 형성하는 단계에서, 상기 전극은 방전유지전극인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조한 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
