Claims (9)
- 효소적 방법에 의해 L-오르니틴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 바실러스 유래의 아르기나제 활성을 보유하는 고정화 균체에 아르기닌을 기질로 반응시키는 단계; 반응결과물인 L-오르니틴을 함유하는 용액을 양이온교환수지탑에 통액시켜 L-오르니틴과 미반응 아르기닌을 수지에 흡착시키고, 요소는 통과시켜 제거하는 단계; 및 수지로부터 L-오르니틴과 미반응 아르기닌을 용리시키고, 미반응 아르기닌은 효소반응시켜 L-오르니틴으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 L-오르니틴의 제조방법

- 제 1항에 있어서, 기질은 아르기닌의 농도가 50∼300g/ℓ인 액상으로 제공되어짐을 특징으로 하는 L-오르니틴의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고정화 균체의 담체는 PVA가 사용되어짐을 특징으로 하는 L-오르니틴의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, PVA는 건조물 기준으로 함량이 2∼20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 L-오르니틴의 제조방법
- 아르기닌을 기질로 여기에 아르기나제를 작용시켜 L-오르니틴을 제조하는 단계; 반응 후의 L-오르니틴을 함유하는 용액을 양이온교환수지탑에 통액시켜 L-오르니틴과 미반응 아르기닌을 수지에 흡착시키고, 요소는 통과시켜 제거하는 단계; 및 수지로부터 L-오르니틴과 미반응 아르기닌을 용리시키고, 미반응 아르기닌은 효소반응시켜 L-오르니틴으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 L-오르니틴의 제조방법
