Claims (8)
- 세포 부착성이 있는 단백질용액과, 단백질성분과 폴리에스터성분을 동시에 녹일 수 있는 용매와, 소수성과 생체 외부에서 생분해성이 있는 천연 폴리에스터용액을 혼합한 혼합용액을 전기방사하여 나노섬유로 제조함에 의해 제조된 천연 폴리에스터 나노섬유가 친수화성, 세포 부착성 및 조직적합성을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 친수화성 천연 폴리에스터 나노섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질용액은 젤라틴 및 콜라겐중의 하나임을 특징으로 하는 친수화성 천연 폴리에스터 나노섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질성분과 폴리에스터성분을 동시에 녹일 수 있는 용매는 불소계알코올 용매임을 특징으로 하는 친수화성 천연 폴리에스터 나노섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 폴리에스터는 폴리3-하이드록시부트릭산-3-하이드록시발레릭산 공중합체(Poly(3-hydroxybutyric acid-co-3-hydroxyvaleric acid)임을 특징으로 하는 친수화성 천연 폴리에스터 나노섬유.
- 폴리우레탄용액을 제1 전기방사를 통해서 폴리우레탄 나노섬유 웹을 형성하고, 세포 부착성이 있는 단백질용액과 단백질 성분과 폴리에스터성분을 동시에 녹일 수 있는 용매와 소수성과 생체 외부에서 생분해성이 있는 천연 폴리에스터용액을 혼합한 혼합용액을 제2 전기방사하여 상기 형성된 나노섬유 웹상에 친수화성 기능이 포함된 천연폴리에스터 나노섬유 웹을 형성함에 의해 복층구조 나노섬유 부직포가 되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상처 피복제.
- 상처 피복제 제조방법에 있어서,폴리우레탄 성분을 용해 가능한 높은 비점을 가진 제1용매와 전기방사중 휘발이 가능한 낮은 비점을 가진 제2용매를 혼합한 혼합용매에 폴리우레탄성분을 녹여서 폴리우레탄용액을 준비하는 제1과정과,상기 폴리우레탄용액을 제1 전기방사하여 폴리우레탄 나노섬유 웹을 형성시키는 제2과정과,세포부착성이 있는 단백질용액과 단백질성분과 폴리에스터성분을 동시에 녹일 수 있는 용매와 소수성과 생체 외부에서의 생분해성이 있는 천연 폴리에스터용액을 혼합한 혼합용액을 준비하는 제3과정과,상기 혼합용액을 제2 전기방사하여 상기 폴리우레탄 나노섬유 웹상에 친수화성 기능이 포함된 천연폴리에스터 나노섬유 웹을 형성시켜 복층구조 나노섬유부직포를 제조하는 제4과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상처 피복제 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제3과정이, 천연 폴리에스터인 PHBV(PHV내용물 5wt%)성분과 단백질성분중 젤라틴이나 콜라겐중의 하나를 불소계알코올 용매에 무게비가 천연폴리에스터 대비 단백질성분 비율이 0.5%∼60%가 되도록 녹여서 혼합용액을 준비함을 특징으로 하는 상처 피복제 제조방법.
- 세포부착성이 있는 단백질용액과, 단백질성분과 폴리에스터성분을 동시에 녹일 수 있는 불소계알코올 용매와, 소수성과 생체내 생분해성이 있는 합성 폴리에스터용액을 혼합한 혼합용액을 전기방사하여 나노섬유로 제조함에 의해 합성 폴리에스터 나노섬유에 친수화성 기능이 포함되게 함을 특징으로 하는 친수화성 합성 폴리에스터 나노섬유.
