Claims (7)
- 케이싱의 내부에 고정 설치하여 구동모터의 회전축을 지지하고 그 상면에 제1 압축실을 이룰 인벌류트 형상의 랩을 형성하는 프레임과,구동모터의 회전축에 편심지게 결합하여 선회운동을 하도록 상기 프레임에 얹히고 그 프레임과의 사이에 중심을 향해 연속으로 이동하는 제1 압축실을 이루도록 일 측면에 인벌류트 형상의 제1 랩을 형성하는 동시에 타측면에도 인벌류트 형상의 제2 랩을 형성하는 선회스크롤과,선회스크롤의 제2 랩과 맞물려 그 선회스크롤의 선회운동시 중심을 향해 연속으로 이동하는 제2 압축실을 이루도록 인벌류트 형상의 랩을 형성하는 고정스크롤과,운전모드에 따라 냉매를 양쪽 압축실에서 독립적으로 압축하거나 순차적으로 압축하도록 냉매 유동을 조절하는 연결유닛을 포함한 용량 가변형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,연결유닛은 각각의 압축실에 직접 연통하도록 설치하여 증발기를 통과한 냉매를 각각의 압축실에 공급하는 복수 개의 가스흡입관과, 토출압공간에 연통하도록 설치하여 압축된 냉매를 응축기로 배출하는 한 개의 가스토출관과, 중간압공간을 가스토출관에 연결하여 압축기의 고용량운전시 중간압공간에 연통하는 압축실에서 압축된 냉매를 곧바로 응축기로 배출하는 가스연결관과, 가스연결관을 토출압공간 에 연통하는 압축실에 연통하도록 해당 가스흡입관과 가스연결관을 연결하여 저용량운전시 중간압공간의 압축 냉매를 다른 압축실로 안내하는 바이패스관과, 토출압공간에 연통하는 압축실측 가스흡입관의 중간에 설치하여 냉매의 흡입을 조절하는 제1 조절밸브와, 가스연결관과 바이패스관의 접점 위치에 설치하여 중간압공간의 냉매 유동을 조절하는 제2 조절밸브로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,프레임 또는 고정스크롤의 외주면이 케이싱의 내주면에 긴밀하게 밀착하여 상기 케이싱의 내부를 중간압공간과 토출압공간으로 구획하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,프레임의 일측에는 제1 압축실에서 중간압공간으로 관통하여 그 제1 압축실에서 압축된 냉매를 중간압공간으로 토출하도록 제1 토출구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,제1 압축실 대비 제2 압축실의 체적이 상대적으로 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서,제1 랩과 제2 랩의 간격이 동일한 경우 제1 랩의 랩수를 상대적으로 많게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,구동모터는 정속모터 인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 스크롤 압축기.
