Claims (8)
- 절연재료로 이루어지는 하우징에 가동접점과 고정접점과 이 고정접점에 도통되는 접속단자를 형성하고, 상기 접속단자를 크림 땜납에 의해 기판에 고정시키는 누름버튼 스위치에 있어서,상기 하우징의 하면에 상기 접속단자의 하면보다도 하방으로 돌출된 단차를 형성하고, 상기 단차에 의해 상기 접속단자의 하방에 실제 장착시에 하우징의 하면이 기판으로부터 부상하는 것을 방지하여 납땜 가능하게 하는 크림 땜납 수용부를 형성함과 동시에, 상기 하우징의 하면을 상기 기판에 대한 맞닿음 면으로 하여 이루어지고,상기 하우징의 측면을 절결하고, 상기 절결 내에 상기 접속단자의 단부(端部)를 인출하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 누름버튼 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 단차를, 접속단자에 고정시킬 때 사용하는 크림 땜납의 입경보다는 크게, 크림 땜납의 도포 두께보다는 작게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 누름버튼 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 단차를 0.03 ㎜ 이상 0.10 ㎜ 미만으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 누름버튼 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 수용부는 상기 접속단자의 하방 및 측방향이 개방되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 누름버튼 스위치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단자의 선단을 상방향으로 굴곡시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 누름버튼 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속단자는 제 1 고정접점과 접속편을 통하여 접속된 제 1 접속단자와, 제 2 고정접점과 접속편을 통하여 접속된 제 2 접속단자로 이루어지고, 각각의 접속단자의 하방에 상기 땜납수용부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 누름버튼 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 절연수지로 이루어지고, 상기 접속편은 그 하면에 수지부가 형성되도록 상기 하우징에 매설 유지되어 있고, 상기 수지부의 두꺼움에 의해 상기 단차를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 누름버튼 스위치.
