Claims (8)
- 양극 및 음극을 포함하며, 발광 대역을 갖는 유기층이 양극 및 음극 사이에 배치되어 있고, 상기 유기층은 하기 화학식 1의 디스티릴 화합물을 포함하는 유기 발광 재료를 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자.<화학식 1>상기 식에서,R1, R2, R3 및 R4 중 하나 이상은 하기 화학식 2의 아릴기이고,R1, R2, R3 및 R4 중 나머지(들)는 비치환된 페닐기이며,R5, R6, R7 및 R8은 수소 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기 및 할로겐 원자로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는데, 단, R5, R6, R7 및 R8 중 하나 이상은 시아노기, 니트로기 또는 할로겐 원자이다.<화학식 2>상기 식에서,R9, R10, R11, R12 및 R13은 포화 또는 불포화 알킬아미노기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 전자 수송층 및 상기 화학식 1의 디스티릴 화합물을 포함하는 정공 수송층을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 유기 정공 수송층 및 상기 화학식 1의 디스티릴 화합물을 포함하는 전자 수송층을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 정공 수송층, 상기 화학식 1의 디스티릴 화합물을 포함하는 발광층 및 전자 수송층을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 상기 화학식 3a 내지 3e의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디스티릴 화합물을 포함하는 정공 수송층 및 전자 수송층을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 정공 수송층 및 상기 화학식 3a 내지 3e의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디스티릴 화합물을 포함하는 전자 수송층을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 정공 수송층, 상기 화학식 3a 내지 3e의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디스티릴 화합물을 포함하는 발광층 및 전자 수송층을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
