Claims (4)
- 고온로의 내부에서 이송되는 강판은 지지하는 세라믹 롤에 있어서,지지축과, 상기 지지축의 중앙 외부에 끼워져 상기 강판을 지지하는 세라믹 슬리이브와, 상기 지지축의 양측에 결합되어 축방향으로 상기 세라믹 슬리이브를 지지하는 플랜지를 구비하되,상기 지지축의 축방향 팽창을 흡수하는 한편 상기 세라믹 슬리이브를 축방향으로 지지하도록 상기 세라믹 슬리이브와 플랜지 사이에는 다수의 측부 세라믹 디스크가 끼워져 있고,상기 지지축의 축방향 팽창을 흡수하는 한편 상기 세라믹 슬리이브를 반경방향으로 지지하도록 상기 지지축과 상기 세라믹 슬리이브 사이에는 다수의 충진 디스크가 지지축의 길이방향으로 적층되어 충진되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온로용 세라믹 롤.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플랜지는,상기 지지축의 일측에서 측부 세라믹 디스크에 밀착하여 지지하는 고정 플랜지와,상기 지지축의 타측에서 상기 측부 세라믹 디스크에 밀착하여 지지하되 길이방향으로 이동조정이 가능한 이동 플랜지로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온로용 세라믹 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 측부 세라믹 디스크 및 충진 디스크의 한 개의 두께는 3 ~ 8mm로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온로용 세라믹 롤.
