Claims (10)
- 포름알데히드 및 환원제가 존재하는 상태에서 9-데옥소-9a-아자-9a-호모에리트로마이신의 고리 구조 중 9번 위치에 있는 질소 원자를 메틸화하여 아지트로마이신류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 메틸화를 에틸 아세테이트, 이소프로필 아세테이트 또는 부틸 아세테이트인 비할로겐화 용매 중에서 수행하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
