Claims (7)
- 크릴상의 원사공급용 보빈(A)으로 부터 바로 공급되는 원사 1가닥과 직립하고 있는 원사공급용 보빈(B)으로 부터 순차적으로 가이드로울러(2)와 이너얀텐션너 (3)를 통해 공급되는 원사 1가닥을 코드 레규레이터(3)에서 연사한 후 이를 캡스턴(5)을 거쳐 권취보빈(C)에 권취하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법에 있어서, 상기 가이드로울러(2) 본체 하단면[원사공급용 보빈(B)의 직상단부]에 원판형상으로 그 중앙부에는 원사공급용 보빈(B) 내 원사를 보빈커버플레이트(1) 위로 안내하는 원사안내홈(1a)이 설치되어 있고, 사용시 가이드로울러(2) 바로 앞 원판상 위치에는 가이드로울러(2)의 센터로 원사를 공급하는 원사가이드(1c)가 천공되어 있는 ∠ 모양의 원사가이드 지지대(1b)가 설치되어 있고, 원판 상면 일부에는 보빈커버플레이트(1)를 가이드로울러(2)의 본체에 고정할 수 있는 고정부(1d)가 설치된 보빈커버플레이트(1)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 이너얀텐션너(3)에 원사를 5회 감아주는 것(턴수 5회)을 특징으로 하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 원판형상의 보빈커버플레이트(1) 직경이 만권 상태인 보빈(B) 직경의 85~95%인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 원사가이드 지지대(1b)의 θ 각도가 50~70°인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 원사가이드(1c)의 높이(센터기준)가 가이드로울러(2)의 높이와 동일함을 특징으로 하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 보빈커버플레이트(1)의 재질이 제전방지 가공된 폴리카보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 보빈커버플레이트(1)의 외주면이 라운딩처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어코드용 원사의 연사방법.
