Description
Claims (7)
- 스핀들 브라켓에 휠 브라켓이 결합되어 있는 차량 현가시스템에 있어서,스핀들 브라켓과 휠 브라켓의 서로 마주하는 양측 면 중 어느 한쪽의 면에 구비되어 있는 돌출 및 굴곡진 형태의 슬라이드 결합부와,상기 스핀들 브라켓과 상기 휠 브라켓의 서로 마주하는 양측 면 중 남은 한쪽의 면에 구비되고 상기 슬라이드 결합부가 안착하여 회동할 수 있도록 이루어진 홀드부와,상기 스핀들 브라켓과 상기 휠 브라켓을 관통하여 나사 결합하는 복수개의 볼트와,상기 스핀들 브라켓과 상기 휠 브라켓의 사이 상기 복수개의 볼트 결합부위에 각각 설치되는 신축성 스페이서를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가시스템의 휠 각도 조절장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드 결합부는, 반구형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가시스템의 휠 각도 조절장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀드부는,상기 스핀들 브라켓에 형성된 구멍과,상기 스핀들 브라켓과 상기 휠 브라켓의 사이에 설치되고 상기 스핀들 브라 켓의 구멍과 연통하되 그보다 직경이 큰 구멍이 형성되어 있는 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가시스템의 휠 각도 조절장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 홀드부는, 상기 플레이트와 상기 휠 브라켓의 슬라이드 결합부 사이에 설치되는 마찰감소부재를 추가로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가시스템의 휠 각도 조절장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰감소부재는, 환형의 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가시스템의 휠 각도 조절장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신축성 스페이서는, 상기 볼트의 외주에 끼워지는 신축성 재질의 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가시스템의 휠 각도 조절장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 볼트는, 머리의 아랫부분이 둥글게 형성된 접시 머리형 볼트이고,상기 스핀들 브라켓과 상기 휠 브라켓 중 어느 한쪽에는 상기 볼트의 머리 부분이 수용될 수 있게 오목한 형태의 단턱이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 현가시스템의 휠 각도 조절장치.
