Claims (19)
- 창문의 광학품질에 상당하는 광학 품질의 투명도를 부분적으로 갖는 창유리로서,스크래치(scratch)-방지 층을 지지하는 적어도 하나의 플라스틱 박막을 포함하는 외피로 코팅되는 플라스틱 코어를 포함하며,상기 스크래치-방지 층의 두께는 1 내지 10μm 이며, 상기 스크래치-방지 층은 폴리실록산으로 이루어지거나 또는 실리카 또는 알루미나에 기초하는 필수적인 무기물이며, 또는 실리콘-카본 결합에 의해 서로 연결되는 혼합된 무기물 및 유기물 분자 체인의 네트워크를 구성하고,상기 스크래치-방지 층은 갈라짐 없는 외관 표면을 최종적으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외피의 두께는, 10 내지 100μm와 동일하며, 상기 외피는, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트), 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐 부티랄 또는 사이클로올레핀 공중합체로 이루어지는 하나 이상의 투명한 열 가소성 플라스틱 박막을 구성하며, 이들 사이에 삽입되거나, 또는 이들 상에, "가열식 후미 창유리, 무선 안테나, 윈드스크린 제빙, 객실이 강한 햇빛으로 가열되지 못하게 하기 위한 채색, 전자 크롬 화합물의 혼합, 윈드스크린 상의 정보 디스플레이 층" 중에, 적어도 하나의 기능 층이 적층되며, 게다가 이들 자체에 적어도 하나의 박막이 상기 하나의 기능 층을 구성하는 것을 가능할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외피의 외측 표면은 소수성(hydrophobic)/소유성(oleophobic)이며, 상기 외피가 구성되는 상기 외측 층은 플르오르화 폴리실란(polysilane) 타입의, 소수성/소유성 작용제를 포함하며, 상기 외측 층은 상기 소수성/소유성 작용제가 병합되는 상기 긁힘-방지 층, 또는 상기 소수성/소유성 작용제를 필수적으로 구성하는 2 내지 50nm의 두께를 갖는 얇은 층으로 구성되는데, 상기 얇은 층은 접합 또는 그밖에 상기 소수성/소유성 작용제에 의해 얻어지며, 상기 층은 상기 폴리(비닐 플르오르화물) 또는 폴리(비닐리덴 플르오르화물)의 박막 상에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외피는 상기 제품의 표면 전부 또는 일부를 덮는 적어도 하나의 장식 또는 마스킹 층을 포함하며, 상기 층은 상기 스크래치-방지 층을 지지하는 박막 아래에 직접 위치되는 것이 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외피는 상기 제품의 표면 전부 또는 일부를 덮는 적어도 하나의 장식 및 마스킹 층을 포함하며, 상기 층은 상기 스크래치-방지 층을 지지하는 박막 아래에 직접 위치되는 것이 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외피는 상기 제품의 코어와 직접 접촉하도록 의도되는 상기 외피의 내측 표면을 구성하는 적어도 하나의 접착층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 외피는 서로 간에 뿐만 아니라 다른 인접하는 층 또는 박막으로부터 유전체 층에 의해 분리되며, 2 내지 35nm의 두께를 갖는, 하나 이상의 광학적으로 선택되는 층, 은을 기초로 하는 얇은 금속 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 폴리카보네이트, 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트), 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리우레탄 또는 사이클로올레핀 공중합체, 또는 폴리우레탄, 불포화 폴리에스테르. 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 타입의 이오노머(ionomer) 수지 또는 열 경화성 또는 열적으로 교차 결합될 수 있는 재료, 또는 그 밖에 상기와 동일한 하나 또는 몇몇의 플라스틱의 두께들의 조합을 이루며, 따라서 상기 형성된 코어는 상기 외피와 화학적으로 양립할 수 있으며, 상기 조립체에 요구되는 기계적 특성을 부여할 수 있도록 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리.

- 플라스틱 창유리를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,실제적으로 평탄한 플라스틱 박막 상에 스크래치-방지 층의 구성 요소를 적층시키는 단계와,최종 제품의 궁극적 형상과 동일하거나 적어도 유사한 형상으로 상기 스크래치-방지 층의 구성 요소를 포함하는 상기 박막을 형성하는 단계와 동시에, 적어도 어떤 부품에, 상기 스크래치-방지 층을 적어도 부분적으로 교차 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 플라스틱 창유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 교차 결합하는 단계와 동시에 일어나는 형성단계는 100 내지 300℃의 온도로 열처리를 수반하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 교차 결합하는 단계와 동시에 일어나는 형성단계는 140 내지 240℃의 온도로 열처리를 수반하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 플라스틱 창유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 형성 단계는 상기 스크래치-방지 층으로 코팅되는 상기 박막, 또는 몰드에 의해 표면의 일부 상에 적어도 상기 층을 구성하도록 의도되는 상기 요소를 지지함에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 박막을 수행하는 상기 몰드는 중앙에서 개방된 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 스크래치-방지 층 또는 상기 층을 구성하는 요소로 코팅되는 상기 박막은, 형성 단계 전에, 상기 스크래치-방지 층 기능과 다른 상기 기능을 수행하는 스크린-인쇄된 장식 또는 층과 같이, 기능 또는 운송 수단을 스스로 수행하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 박막과 함께 조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 창유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 몸체 요소로서, 차량을 위한 창유리를 형성하는 투명한 부분으로서 사용되는 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 플라스틱 창유리.
