Claims (10)
- 자동변속기의 유압제어장치 유온센서결함 검출방법에 있어서,변속기의 오일온도를 감지하는 유온센서에 입력되는 차량전원과 차량전원임계전압(10V)을 비교 검출하는 단계와(S1),상기 단계에서 유온센서에 입력되는 차량전원이 차량전원임계전압(10V)보다 작으면 초기상태로 되돌아가고, 유온센서에 입력되는 차량전원이 차량전원임계전압(10V)보다 크면 정상으로 판단하여 변속기오일온도를 감지하는 유온센서입력전압과 유온센서결함판단용 최저임계전압(0.1V)을 비교 검출하는 단계와(S2),상기 단계에서 유온센서의 입력전압이 유온센서의 결함판단용 최저임계전압보다 작으면 접지단락으로 판단하여 종료 단계로 이동하고, 유온센서의 입력전압이 유온센서의 결함판단용 최저임계전압보다 크면 유온센서입력전압과 유온센서결함판단용 최고임계전압(4.85V)을 비교 검출하는 단계와(S3),상기 단계에서 유온센서입력전압이 유온센서결함판단용 최고임계전압보다 작으면 정상으로 판단하여 종료 단계로 이동하고, 유온센서입력전압이 유온센서결함판단용 최고임계전압 보다 크면 엔진냉각수온도와 엔진회전수 및 변속기출력축회전수를 각각의 결함판단용 임계치와 비교 연산하는 단계와(S4),상기 단계는 엔진냉각수온도와 결함판단용 엔진냉각수임계치(70℃) 및 엔진회전속도에 대한 결함판단용 엔진회전수임계치(1000 rpm)와 변속기출력측 회전수에 대한 결함판단용 변속기출력단측 회전수임계치(500rpm)를 각각 비교 연산하여 그 값을 모두 넘지 않으면 타이머를 정지, 초기화하고 유온센서의 입력전압과 유온센서의 결함판단용 최저임계전압(0.1V)을 비교 검출하는 단계(S2)로 돌아가고, 모두 일정한 기준값을 넘는 상태가 되면 TCU는 타이머를 증가 작동하고, 타이머와 결함판단용임계시간과 비교하는 단계(S6)와,상기 단계에서 타이머가 결함판단용임계시간 보다 작으면 유온센서의 입력전압과 유온센서의 결함판단용 최저임계전압(0.1V)을 비교 검출하는 단계(S2)로 돌아가고, 타이머가 결함판단용임계시간 보다 크면 유온센서의 단선 또는 전원단락에 의한 결함판단(S7)후 종료하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유온센서 단락, 단선결함 검출방법.
