Claims (7)
- 전도성 제1 기판의 양쪽에 형성된 나노입자 산화물층과 상기 나노입자 산화물층 상에 흡착된 염료분자를 포함하는 반도체 전극;상기 반도체 전극의 상하부 양쪽에 각각 대향하여 위치하고 투광성을 갖는 전도성 제2 기판과 상기 전도성 제2 기판 상에, 상기 반도체 전극쪽을 향하여 형성된 전극층을 포함하는 대향 전극; 및상기 반도체 전극과 대향 전극 사이에 개재된 전해질 용액을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 제1 기판은 스테인리스 스틸(stainless steel) 기판 또는 알루미늄 기판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 제2 기판은 유리 기판 상이나, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 또는 폴리에테르설폰으로 이루어진 고분자 기판 상에 ITO 혹은 F 도핑된 이산화주석(FTO)과 같은 전도성 물질을 도포한 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자 산화물층은 이산화티탄(TiO2), 이산화주석(SnO2) 또는 산화아연(ZnO)층인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 구부림이 가능한 금속으로 이루어진 전도성 제1 기판, 상기 전도성 제1 기판의 양쪽에 형성된 전도성 박막, 상기 전도성 박막 상에 형성된 나노입자 산화물층, 및 상기 나노입자 산화물층 상에 흡착된 염료분자를 포함하는 반도체 전극;상기 반도체 전극의 상하부 양쪽에 각각 대향하여 위치하고 투광성을 갖는 전도성 제2 기판과 상기 전도성 제2 기판 상에, 상기 반도체 전극쪽을 향하여 형성된 전극층을 포함하는 대향 전극; 및상기 반도체 전극과 대향 전극 사이에 개재된 전해질 용액을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 박막은 ITO(indium tin oxide) 또는 F 도핑된 이산화주석(FTO)(SnO2 : F-doped)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 제1 기판과 상기 전도성 박막 사이에 절연 물 질이나 반도체 물질의 박막이 더 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
