Claims (6)
- 접촉-결합 모드 및 비접촉 모드로 동작될 수 있는 데이터 캐리어(1)로서, 이하에 지정된 수단들, 즉둘 모두 상기 데이터 캐리어(1)의 외부로부터 기계적으로 액세스 가능한 전송 접촉(17) 및 다른 전송 접촉(19)과,상기 데이터 캐리어(1)의 외부로부터 유도적으로 액세스 가능하고 상기 데이터 캐리어(1)의 비접촉 모드에서 유용한 HF 신호(HF)를 수신하는 역할을 하는, 적어도 하나의 전송 코일(31)과,상기 하나의 전송 접촉(17)에 접속된 접촉 단자(17A)를 가지고, 상기 다른 전송 접촉(19)에 접속된 다른 접촉 단자(19A)를 가지며, 수신된 유용한 HF 신호(HF)가 인가될 수 있고 인가된 유용한 HF 신호(HF)로부터 상기 데이터 캐리어(1)의 회로(1A)의 여러 회로 부분들에 대한 공급 전압(VDD)이 도출될 수 있는 공급 전압 발생 수단(35)을 포함하는 회로(1A)를 포함하는, 상기 데이터 캐리어(1)에 있어서:상기 회로(1A)는 상기 유용한 HF 신호(HF)의 존재를 검출하기 위한 검출 수단(69) 및 전위 균등화 수단(94)을 포함하고, 상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)은 상기 HF 신호(HF)의 검출시 2개의 접촉 단자들(17A, 19A)에 실질적으로 동일한 전위를 인가하고, HF 신호(HF)가 검출되지 않으면 상이한 전위들을 가능케 하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 캐리어(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)은 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터 스위치(95, 96)를 포함하고, 그러한 트랜지스터 스위치(95, 96) 각각은 연관된 접촉 단자(17A, 19A)가 주어진 전위가 되도록 인에이블링하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 캐리어(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각각의 전송 접촉(16 내지 23)에 각각 접속된 복수의 접촉 단자들(16A, 17A, 18A, 19A 등)을 갖는 데이터 캐리어(1)에서, 상기 접촉 단자들(16A, 17A, 18A, 19A 등) 모두는 상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)에 의해 동일한 전위(접지 또는 VDD)가 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 캐리어(1).
- 접촉-결합 모드 및 비접촉 모드로 동작될 수 있는 데이터 캐리어(1)용 회로(1A)로서, 이하에 지정된 수단들, 즉둘 모두 상기 데이터 캐리어(1)의 외부로부터 기계적으로 액세스 가능한 전송 접촉들(17, 19)에 접속되도록 적응되는 접촉 단자(17A) 및 다른 접촉 단자(19A)와,데이터 캐리어(1)의 외부로부터 유도적으로 액세스 가능한 전송 코일(31)에 접속하는 역할을 하고, 상기 회로(1A)의 비접촉 모드에서 유용한 HF 신호(HF)를 수신하는 역할을 하는 두 개의 코일 단자들(32A, 33A)과,수신된 유용한 HF 신호(HF)가 인가될 수 있고 인가된 유용한 HF 신호(HF)로부터 상기 회로(1A)의 여러 회로 부분들에 대한 공급 전압(VDD)이 도출될 수 있는 공급 전압 발생 수단(35)을 포함하는, 상기 데이터 캐리어(1)용 회로(1A)에 있어서,상기 회로(1A)는 전위 균등화 수단(94)으로서, 충분히 강력한 유용한 HF 신호(HF)가 수신될 때 상기 하나의 전송 접촉(17)에 접속되도록 적응된 상기 접촉 단자(17A) 및 상기 다른 전송 접촉(19)에 접속되도록 적응된 상기 다른 접촉 단자(19A)가 상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)에 의해 실질적으로 동일한 전위(접지)가 될 수 있고, 공급 전압(VDD)이 상기 공급 전압 발생 수단(35)에 의해 상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)으로부터 도출될 수 있는, 상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 캐리어(1)용 회로(1A).
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)은 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터 스위치(95, 96)를 포함하며, 그러한 트랜지스터 스위치(95, 96) 각각은 연관된 접촉 단자(17A, 19A)가 주어진 전위가 되도록 인에이블링하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 캐리어(1)용 회로(1A).
- 제 4 항에 있어서,각각의 전송 접촉(16 내지 23)에 각각 접속된 복수의 접촉 단자들(16A, 17A, 18A, 19A 등)을 갖는 회로(1A)에서, 상기 접촉 단자들(16A, 17A, 18A, 19A 등) 모두는 상기 전위 균등화 수단(94)에 의해 동일한 전위(접지 또는 VDD)가 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 캐리어(1)용 회로(1A).
