Abstract
Description
즉, 150~250㎛의 구형 티타늄 분말을 몰드에 장입하고 60~80MPa의 압력으로 가압한 후 무가압 하에서 1100~1300℃로 소결하고 냉각하는 공정을 거쳐 기공률이 32~36%이고, 영률이 인간의 뼈와 동일한 10~30GPa인 다공질 티타늄 임플란트를 제조한다.
즉, 40~150㎛의 구형 티타늄 분말을 몰드에 장입하고 60~80MPa의 압력으로 가압한 후 무가압 하에서 900~1100℃로 소성하고 냉각하는 소결단계를 거쳐 기공률이 32~36%이고, 영률이 인간의 뼈와 동일한 10~30GPa인 다공질 티타늄 임플란트를 제조한다.

Claims (5)
- 티타늄 분말의 구형화 공정, 프레스성형공정 및 소결공정을 거쳐 제조되는 다공질 소결체에 있어서,150~250㎛의 구형 티타늄 분말을 60~80MPa의 압력으로 예비소결한 후 1100℃~1300℃에서 소결하여 제조되며, 기공율이 32~36%이고, 영률이 인간의 뼈와 동일한 10~30GPa인 다공질 티타늄 임플란트.
- 티타늄 분말의 구형화 공정, 프레스성형공정 및 소결공정을 거쳐 제조되는 다공질 소결체에 있어서,40~150㎛의 구형 티타늄 분말을 60~80MPa의 압력으로 예비소결한 후 900℃~1100℃에서 소결하여 제조되며, 기공율이 32~36%이고 영률이 인간의 뼈와 동일한 10~30GPa인 다공질 티타늄 임플란트.
