Claims (3)
- 중량%로 C: 0.0018 ~ 0.0025%, Si: 0.02% 이하, Mn: 0.2 ~ 0.7%, P: 0.05 ~ 0.08%, S: 0.01% 이하, 산가용성 Al: 0.02 ~ 0.06%, N: 0.0025% 이하, Nb: 0.007 ~ 0.011%, Mo: 0.01 ~ 0.05%, B: 0.0005 ~ 0.0015%, 및 나머지는 Fe와 불가피한 불순물로 구성되며, 이때 Nb과 Mo는 50 - (1589 ×Nb) > 30 과 44 - (2119 ×Nb) - (125 ×Mo) < 30 의 식을 만족하도록 첨가되고, 미세조직의 결정립 크기가 ASTM번호 9이상임을 특징으로 하는 상온내시효성과 2차 가공취성이 우수한 소부경화형 냉간압연강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,Ti이 0.003중량% 이하로 첨가되며, 이때 Ti,Nb,Mo가 50 - (885 ×Ti) - (1589 ×Nb) > 30 과 44 - (423 ×Ti) - (2119 ×Nb) - (125 ×Mo) < 30 의 식을 만족하도록 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 상온내시효성과 2차 가공취성이 우수한 소부경화형 냉간압연강판.
- 중량%로 C: 0.0018 ~ 0.0025%, Si: 0.02% 이하, Mn: 0.2 ~ 0.7%, P: 0.05 ~ 0.08%, S: 0.01% 이하, 산가용성 Al: 0.02 ~ 0.06%, N: 0.0025% 이하, Nb: 0.007 ~ 0.011%, Mo: 0.01 ~ 0.05%, B: 0.0005 ~ 0.0015%, 및 나머지는 Fe와 불가피한 불순물로 구성되며, 이때 Nb과 Mo는 50-(1589×Nb)>30 과 44-(2119×Nb)-(125×Mo)<30 의 식을 만족하는 조성을 갖는 Al-킬드강을 슬라브로 만들어1200℃ 이상에서 균질화 열처리하는 단계;900 ~ 950℃의 온도범위에서 마무리 열간압연하는 단계;600 ~ 650℃의 온도범위에서 권취하는 단계;통상의 방법으로 산세한 후, 76 ~ 80%의 압하율로 냉간압연을 실시하는 단계;770 ~ 830℃의 온도범위에서 연속소둔 하는 단계; 및1.2 ~ 1.5%의 압하율로 조질압연을 실시하는 단계;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상온 내시효성과 2차가공취성이 우수한 소부경화형 냉간압연강판의 제조방법.
