Claims (16)
- (a) 무기염을 연질 페이스트를 형성시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 충분한 물과 혼합하여 연질 페이스트를 형성시키는 단계,(b) 생성된 연질 페이스트를 과산화수소 수용액과 혼합함으로써 냉각없이 무기염-과산화수소 페이스트를 형성시키는 단계 및(c) 무기염-과산화수소 페이스트를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하여, 무기염-과산화수소 복합체를 제조하는 페이스트 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기염이 포스페이트 또는 축합된 포스페이트 염인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무기염이 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘 또는 마그네슘의 포스페이트 또는 축합된 포스페이트 염인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 무기염-과산화수소 복합체가 나트륨 피로포스페이트(Na4P2O7)의 복합체인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복합체가 나트륨 피로포스페이트 트리스-퍼옥시하이드레이트(Na4P2O7·3H2O2)인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 무기염-과산화수소 복합체가 인산칼륨(K3PO4)의 복합체인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 복합체가 인산칼륨 트리스-퍼옥시하이드레이트(K3PO4·3H2O2)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기염이 실리케이트 염인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 무기염이 나트륨의 실리케이트 염인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 무기염-과산화수소 복합체가 나트륨 메타실리케이트(Na2SiO3)의 복합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조 단계가 진공 건조시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조 단계가 오븐 건조시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 나트륨 피로포스페이트(Na4P2O7) 10수화물 고체를 30중량% 미만의 농도의 과산화수소 수용액과 혼합하는 단계 및 이러한 혼합물을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하여, 나트륨 피로포스페이트 트리스-퍼옥시하이드레이트(Na4P2O7·3H2O2)를 제조하는 하이드레이트 방법.
