- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 링 화합물에 하이드록시기를 도입하는 기능을 가지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 CYP105P2 효소.
- 제2항에 있어서, 벤젠 링에 펜타하이드록시기를 도입하는 기능을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 CYP105P2 효소.
- 제1항의 CYP105P2 효소를 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제4항에 있어서, Streptomyces peucetius 유래인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제4항의 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제7항의 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 미생물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 미생물은 대장균인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환된 미생물.
- 제8항의 형질전환된 미생물을 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 CYP105P2 효소의 제조방법.
