Claims (13)
- a) 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 이소시아네이트 관능가 3 이상의 그의 동족체로 이루어지고, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 양이 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 동족체의 양을 기준으로 81 내지 100 중량%, 이소시아네이트 관능가 3 이상의 동족체의 양이 19 내지 0 중량%이고, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트가 이 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 중량을 기준으로 오르토 위치에 1개 이상의 NCO기를 함유하는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 40 내지 60 중량% 포함하는 것인 관능가 2.15 미만의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물, 및b) 1) 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가가 2 내지 6이고 평균 당량이 1000 내지 4000이며 옥시에틸렌기 함량이 10 내지 25 중량%인 폴리옥시에틸렌-폴리옥시프로필렌-폴리올,2) 단독 발포제인 물 또는 임의로 단독 발포제인 CO2와 함께 물 4 내지 8 중량부, 및3) 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가가 2 내지 6이고 평균 당량이 200 내지 600이며 옥시에틸렌기 함량이 60 중량% 이상인 폴리에테르 폴리올 2 내지 20 중량부, 및 임의로4) 상기 폴리올 조성물 중에 분산된 입자상 중합체 물질 30 중량부 이하, 및5) 임의로, 그 자체로 공지된 보조제 및 첨가제를 포함하는 폴리올 조성물(여기서, 성분 b2) 내지 b4)의 양은 성분 b1) 100 중량부에 대해서 계산된 양임)을 폐쇄 금형에서 반응시킴으로써 NCO 지수 70 내지 120에서의 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 조성물이 11 내지 20 중량부의 입자상 물질 b4)를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 물의 양이 4.5 내지 7.5 중량부인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르폴리올 b3)이 폴리에틸렌글리콜인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올 b3)의 평균 당량이 200 내지 350인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 입자상 물질이 히드록실기, 1급 아민기 및 2급 아민기로부터 선택된 기 또는 기들을 다수개 갖는 400 당량 이하의 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트와의 반응 생성물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 입자상 물질이 트리에탄올아민과, 이소시아네이트 관능가 3 이상의 동족체를 임의로 포함하는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와의 반응 생성물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트의 양이 85 내지 95 중량%이고, 동족체의 양이 15 내지 5 중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트의 관능가가 2.08 내지 2.14인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트가 오르토 위치에 1개 이상의 NCO기를 함유하는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 45 내지 50 중량% 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 45 kg/m3 이하의 밀도 및 60 % 이상의 레질리언스 (resilience)를 가지며 폐쇄 금형에서 제조된 TDI 없이 MDI를 기재로 한 폴리우레탄 가요성 발포체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 40 kg/m3 이하의 밀도를 갖는 발포체.
- 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 65 % 이상의 레질리언스를 갖는 발포체.
