Claims (9)
- 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치에 있어서,유입된 원수를 다음 공정으로 이송시키는 유량조정조(10)와;유입원수의 농도변동을 균일하게 하고, 오염농도가 상승시 완충작용을 하며, 1차 질산화를 수행하는 재폭기조(11)와;상기 재폭기조(11)에서의 용존산소를 탈기시켜 탈질 및 탈인이 원활히 이루어지도록 하는 탈기조(12)와;상기 탈기조(12)에서 기포를 제거시킨 후, 탈질에 관여하는 미생물을 증식시키는 탈질조(13)와;일반 미생물을 토양성균으로 전환시키는 미생물증식기를 구비하고, 유기물질을 제거하는데 필요한 미생물군으로 구성되고 페놀계 대사기능이 발현한 세균군과 공생관계에 있으며 규산염이나 유리산소가 없는 상태의 환경에서도 서식할 수 있는 토양성균으로 전환하여 유기물질 분해력을 향상시키는 미생물활성화조(14)와;질산염과 인산염을 형성하고, 그 형성된 질산염과 인산염으로 형성된 혼합수를 탈기조(12)로 순환시켜 탈질, 탈인이 원활히 이루어지도록 하며, 유기물 제거 및 2차 질산화를 수행하는 질산화조(15)와;전공정에서 유기물질의 분해가 완전히 일어날 경우, 슬러지와 물로 분리시켜 주는 동시에 침전된 슬러지를 재폭기조(11)로 순환시켜 각 조의 미생물 농도를 유지시키며, 잉여 슬러지를 배출하여 폐기처분하는 침전조(16)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 유량조정조(10)는 유입되는 처리수를 체류시켰다가 센싱유닛에 의해 펌프를 구동시키는 레벨스위치 및 각 공정에 원수를 공급하기 위한 원수펌프를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 재폭기조(11)는 미생물 증식에 의해 필요한 산소를 공급하여 산화에 필요한 미생물량을 효율적으로 시스템 상에서 유지시킬 수 있도록 폭기 블로워를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 탈기조(12)는 처리공정에서 생성된 슬러지의 퇴적방지, 부패방지, 탈기를 위하여 교반하는 교반기 또는 수중믹서를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 미생물활성화조(14)는 활성화 규산분이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 질산화조(15)는 질산염과 인산염으로 형성된 혼합수를 탈기조(12)로 순환시켜 탈질, 탈인이 원활히 이루어지도록 하는 순환펌프 및 호기성균이 증식될 수 있도록 산소를 공급시키는 폭기 블로워를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 재폭기조(11) 및 질산화조(15)는 간헐 폭기를 이용하여 질산화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 침전조(16)는 침전된 슬러지를 가운데로 수집하는 감속기 및 침전된 슬러지를 상기 재폭기조(11)로 반송하여 미생물 농도를 유지시키며, 잉여 슬러지를 배출하는 반송펌프를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리장치.
- 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리방법에 있어서,유입되는 폐수 내에 비중이 무거운 입자들을 침전시켜 제거하며, 펌프 및 필터장치를 보호하기 위한 침사공정과;유입되는 협잡물을 제거하며, 후처리공정에서 펌프류 등의 손상을 방지하는 스크린공정과;유입되는 폐수를 일정시간 동안 정체할 수 있도록 하여 순간 유입량을 완충시킬 수 있도록 하는 집수공정과;이송하고자 하는 양으로 펌프를 설정하여 유체를 이송하는 유체이송공정과;상기 집수공정에 유입된 폐수를 수위차에 의하여 자동으로 유체가 이송될 수 있도록 하는 자동수위조절공정과;침전된 슬러지를 반송하여 MLSS농도를 일정량 유지시켜 1차 질산화가 일어날 수 있도록 간헐 폭기하여 후처리공정에서 과부하 현상을 줄이는 재폭기공정과;상기 질산화조(15)에서 인산염을 탈기하면서 대기중으로 방출될 수 있도록 하며, 슬러지가 침전되지 않도록 완속 교반을 하여 발생되는 기포를 제거하는 탈기공정과;상기 탈기공정을 거친 유체를 무산소 상태에서 탈질이 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 슬러지가 퇴적되지 않도록 완속교반을 하여 발생되는 기포를 제거하는 탈질공정과;활성토양 미생물이 증식될 수 있도록 담체를 수중에 투입하여 유체의 흐름에 의하여 상기 담체가 녹아 들어갈 수 있도록 구성하고, 이를 통해 중축합 응집이 정상적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 탈질, 탈인이 동시에 일어날 수 있도록 하는 미생물활성화공정과;전공정에서 탈질, 탈인이 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 질산염과 인산염을 형성하며, 상기 질산염과 인산염의 내부순환이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 질산화 및 순환공정과;미생물 분해에 의해 발생된 슬러지를 물과 분리시키며, 처리수가 방류되고 침전된 슬러지를 일부 반송하여 재폭기조(11)에서 MLSS농도를 유지시켜 주고 잉여 슬러지는 탈수공정으로 이송하는 침전 및 반송공정과;처리수를 방류시키는 방류공정과;컴프레서에서 발생된 AIR를 저장탱크에서 일시적으로 저장하였다가 자동밸브의 AIR, 역세공정의 AIR, 활성탄 흡착공정에서 활성탄 재생시의 AIR를 필요시에 공급시키는 AIR저장 및 공급공정과;유기물 분해시 발생되는 잉여 슬러지를 농축하여 함수율을 낮추고, 슬러지는 오니저류조(19)에 일시 보관하여 탈수가 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 농축 및 오니저류공정과;상기 오니저류조(19)에 있는 슬러지를 이송하여 함수율을 낮추어 케익화하고, 이를 케익저장조(21)에 보관하였다가 폐기처분하는 탈수 및 케익저장공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 활성토양미생물을 이용한 하폐수의 고도처리방법.
