Claims (3)
- 림(Rim)을 내측림(10)과 외측림(20)의 2분할 형성하고, 내측림(10)과 외측림(20)은 각 림 베이스(11)(21)의 양측 주연부에 체결공(15-1)(25-1)이 등 간격으로 통공된 체결플레이트(15)(25) 및 사이드링플랜지(12)(22)를 일체형으로 형성하며, 내측림(10)과 외측림(20)의 림 베이스(11)(21)에 결속돌부(14)(24)를 형성한 것에 있어서,상기 내측림(10)과 외측림(20)을 통상의 프레스에 의해 프레싱 성형하되 각 체결플레이트(15)(25)의 내/외면을 일정한 두께만큼씩 절삭한 것과,내측림(10)의 림 베이스(11)에 형성되는 결속돌부(14)를 환상요홈부(16)의 외측 절곡부에 형성한 것과,내측림(10)의 림 베이스(11)에는 요홈면(17)의 양측에 경사면이 형성된 환상요홈부(16)를 형성한 것이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 휠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 내측림(10)의 림 베이스(11)에 형성되는 환상요홈부(16)에서 요홈면(17)의 양측에 경사면을 형성함에 있어서,요홈면(17)의 내측 경사면을 완경사면(19)으로 형성하고, 외측 경사면을 급경사면(18)으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 휠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 내측림(10)과 외측림(20)에 림베이스(11)(21)를 형성하고, 외측림(20)에 플랜지(22)를 형성함에 있어서,내측림(10)의 림베이스(11)의 지름을 외측림(20)의 림베이스(21)의 지름보다 작게 성형하여 높이의 편차(d)가 발생되어지도록 한 것과,외측림(20)에 플랜지(22)를 내측으로 절곡되는 커링부로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 휠.
