Claims (5)
- 용기(B)에 밀봉한 마개(V)의 발진특성 값들을 확인하고 허용값의 범위와 비교하며, 상기 확인된 값이 상기 허용값의 범위 내에 있는지 아니면 밖에 있는지를 나타내는 신호를 생성하는, 밀봉한 용기(B) 검사 방법에 있어서,마개 블랭크(R)의 발진특성은 이들을 상기 용기(B)에 밀봉하기 전에 확인되며,상기 용기(B)에 밀봉한 마개의 허용값의 범위는 상기 대응하는 마개 블랭크(R)의 발진특성에 따라 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉한 용기 검사 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마개 블랭크(R)는 이들의 발진특성에 따라 분류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉한 용기 검사 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마개(V)의 발진값의 허용값의 범위는 제1 검사에서 확인된 발진특성의 값들에 상관되며, 선택적으로는 관련된 상기 마개 블랭크(R)의 분류에 상관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉한 용기 검사 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 몇몇의 밀봉기구를 구비한 밀봉 장치(14)가 사용되며, 개개의 허용값의 범위는 마개(V)의 발진값의 평가에서 각각의 밀봉기구에 대한 근거로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉한 용기 검사 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 몇몇의 밀봉기구를 구비한 밀봉 장치(14)가 사용되며, 개개의 허용값의 범위는 마개(V)의 발진값의 평가에서 각각의 밀봉기구에 대한 근거로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉한 용기 검사 방법.
