- Co 및 Ni을 포함하는 프리트(Frit) 및 점토 또는 아초산 소다를 포함하는 미루첨가물을 함유하는 제1차 유약을, 전처리를 행한 소지금속의 양측면에 도포하는 단계;상기 제1차 유약이 도포된 소지금속을 90℃ - 110℃에서 예비 건조한 후, 400℃ - 950℃에서 소성하여 제1자기질층을 형성하는 단계;상기 형성된 제1자기질층의 일측면위에, SiO2 40 - 44.5중량%, Al2O3 14 - 18.5중량%, B2O3 24 - 28.5중량%, CaO 2 - 5중량%, 알칼리금속산화물 총량 15 - 19.5중량%, F 0.5 - 5중량%을 포함하는 프리트와, 상기 프리트를 100중량부로 할때, 점토 5-15중량부, Al2O3 20-30중량부, 붕사 0.1-1.0중량부, NaNO2 0.1 중량부 이하, 석영 0.1 중량부 이하를 포함하는 미루첨가물을 혼합하여 제조한 제2차 유약을 도포하는 단계;상기 제2차 유약이 도포된 소지금속을 90℃-110℃에서 예비 건조한 후, 400℃ - 950℃에서 소성하여 제2자기질층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2자기질층 위에 플루오로중합체를 도포하고 200℃-430℃에서 가열하여 플루오로중합체층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 제1자기질층의 두께는 80 - 150㎛이며, 제2자기질층의 두께는 15 - 20㎛이고,상기 제2차 유약의 미루첨가물에 포함된 Al203의 입자 크기는 0.1 ㎛ - 55 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면상에 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 Al203의 입자 크기는 10 ㎛ - 20 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면상에 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2차 유약의 미루첨가물에 입자크기가 0.1 ㎛ - 55 ㎛인 실리카(SiO2)를 프리트 100중량부에 대해 20 - 30중량부로 추가적으로 포함시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면상에 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실리카의 입자크기는 10 ㎛ - 20 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면상에 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로중합체층에 항균제를 포함시켜 플루오로중합체층에 항균성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면상에 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로중합체는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면상에 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체층이 코팅된 금속제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로중합체층의 색상이 검은색 바탕에 흰색의 점 형상이 분산되어 있는 플루오로중합체층인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기질층 및 플루오로중합체층이 코팅된 금속제품.
