Claims (5)
- 컨베어벨트를 통해 이송되는 냉동식품을 조사실에서 마이크로파로 해동시키는 해동기의 마이크로파 누설 방지 장치에 있어서,상기 조사실(210)의 양측 입출구에 각각 연장 형성된 차단통로(310)에 구성되며, 연속적으로 이루어지는 냉동식품의 조사실(210) 출입시 분산되는 마이크로파의 외부 유출을 차단하는 마이크로파 차단부(300)를 구성하되,상기 마이크로파 차단부(300)는,상기 조사실(210)과 차단통로(310)의 경계 구간에서 상측에 힌지 결합되어, 냉동식품의 이송시에만 진행방향으로 회동하게 함으로써 조사실(210)의 마이크로파가 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하는 스테인레스 재질의 제 1 마이크로파 차단막(311); 및상기 차단통로(310)의 말단에서 상측에 커튼 방식으로 다수의 조각이 횡방향 결합되어 상기 차단통로(310)에서 마이크로파 발생에 의한 누설 전파를 흡수하는 연성의 흡수체(313);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해동기의 마이크로파 누설 방지 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차단통로(310)는 내벽을 따라 상하부 및 양측면에 환형으로 다단의 쵸크를 구성시킨 쵸크존(314)으로 형성되어, 상기 제 1 마이크로파 차단막(311)을 통 과해 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유출 마이크로파를 차단통로(310) 내에서 상쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 해동기의 마이크로파 누설 방지 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 차단통로의 말단에서 상측에 힌지 결합되어, 냉동식품의 이송시에만 진행방향으로 회동하게 구성됨으로써 차단통로(310)내의 잔류 마이크로파가 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하는 스테인레스 재질의 제 2 마이크로파 차단막(312);을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해동기의 마이크로파 누설 방지 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 마이크로파 차단막(312)은 중간 부위가 분절되는 2중 힌지 구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해동기의 마이크로파 누설 방지 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 쵸크존(314)의 쵸크 크기(a)는 30mm이고, 쵸크간 간격 역시 30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 해동기의 마이크로파 누설 방지 장치.
