Claims (9)
- 콘크리트구조물용 혼화제에 있어서, 분산제 40 내지 65중량%, 지방산금속염 5 내지 20중량%, 실리카 15 내지 35중량%, 촉진제 5 내지 10중량%, 가소제 1 내지 5중량% 및 계면활성제 0.2 내지 1중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트구조물용 혼화제.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산금속염은 올레인산아연, 올레인산칼슘, 올레인산알루미늄, 스테아린산아연, 스테아린산칼슘 및 스테아린산마그네슘 중 적어도 어느 하나로서, 그 입도가 5㎛이하 분말상인것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트구조물용 혼화제.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카는 흄실리카 또는 실리카슬러리로서 0.1 내지 0.15㎛m의 입도를 가진것이거나, 실리카졸, 실리카콜로이드 및 제올라이트실리카로서 20 내지 50㎚의 입도를 가진 것 중 적어도 어느 하나인것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트구조물용 혼화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트구조물용 혼화제는 고압분산기를 사용하여 250 내지 300bar의 압력으로 분산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트구조물용 혼화제.
