Claims (5)
- 광을 이용한 정보 기록/재생층을 갖고 표면에 보호층이 형성되는 기록매체의 오염도 평가를 위하여,지문 물질과 동일한 성분으로 된 액상 테스트 물질을 상기 보호층상에 일정 크기로 점착시키는 단계;상기 점착된 액상 테스트 물질층의 인공 지문 접촉각을 측정하여 그 결과에 따라 양품/불량 판정을 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체 표면의 내오염성 평가 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인공 지문 접촉각은 표면 장력 σSV과 반대로 가해지는 힘을 σSL이라 하고, 테스트 물질층이 점착된 경계에서 테스트 물질층의 높이 방향으로 가해지는 힘을 σLV라 할때, σSL과 σLV이 이루는 θ 각도인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체 표면의 내오염성 평가 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인공 지문 접촉각이 60℃ 이상이면 양품으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체 표면의 내오염성 평가 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 테스트 물질층의 접촉각을 이용한 내오염도 측정을 광 기록매체의 기계적 특성 평가, 광학적 특성 평가를 하기 전에 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체 표면의 내오염성 평가 방법.
