Claims (8)
- 디히드로피리딘계 화합물 및 가용화제로 글리세릴 디스테아레이트, 글리세릴 베헤네이트에서 선택된 하나인 글리세릴지방산에스테르류로 이루어진 고체분산체와, 히드록시프로필메칠셀룰로오스(HPMC), 폴리에칠렌옥사이드(PEO), 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스(HPC), 메칠셀룰로오스(MC), 포비돈(PVP)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 수용성 고분자 및 암모니오메타아크릴레이트 코폴리머의 혼합물인 서방출성 기제를 함유하는 디히드로피리딘계 화합물의 서방출성 제제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 디히드로피리딘계 화합물은 펠로디핀(felodipine), 니페디핀(nifedipine), 니카르디핀(nicardipine), 이스라디핀(isradipine), 암로디핀(amlodipine), 니솔디핀(nisoldipine), 또는 니모디핀(nimodipine)임을 특징으로 하는 서방출성 제제
