Claims (2)
- 중량%로 C : 0.6-1.0%, Mn :0.1- 1.0%, Si : 0.1-0.5%, 나머지 Fe와 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 빌렛을 가열 후 열간선재압연후 급냉하여 850~750℃의 온도로 권취한 다음 30~80℃/sec의 냉각속도로 530~560℃의 범위까지 냉각하고 이후 10℃/sec이하의 속도로 냉각하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 고강도 고탄소강 선재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선재는 페라이트+펄라이트 또는 펄라이트 조직을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 고강도 고탄소강 선재의 제조방법.
