- 투명기재층;상기 투명기재층의 일면에 광투과성 재료로 형성되고, 복수개의 입체구조가 반복적으로 형성된 프리즘층; 및상기 투명기재층의 이면에 광투과성 중합체 재료로 형성된 저면층을 포함하고,상기 각 층들은 상기 프리즘층이 가장 높은 굴절률을 갖고, 상기 저면층이 가장 낮은 굴절률을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저면층은 굴절률이 1.40 ~ 1.49 인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저면층의 광투과성 중합체 재료는 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 멜라민계 수지 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저면층은 복수개의 유기 또는 무기 입자들을 포함하며, 상기 입자들의 표면 굴곡을 따라 표면에 돌출부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 입자는 단분산(monodisperse) 입자로서, 직경이 0.1 ~ 15 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 유기 입자는 아크릴계 입자, 올레핀계 입자 및 아크릴계와 올레핀계의 공중합체 입자, 다층 다성분계 입자 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는 산화규소, 산화알루미늄, 산화티타늄, 산화지르코늄 및 불화마그네슘 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 입자들은 상기 저면층의 광투과성 중합체 재료 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1~10중량부 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 저면층의 상기 돌출부의 길이(h)는 상기 입자 직경의 1~50%인 것을 특 징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 저면층의 상기 돌출부를 제외한 평탄한 부분의 두께(f)는 상기 입자 직경의 50% 이상 100% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 저면층의 입자는 상기 저면층 내에서 단일층 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프리즘층의 광투과성 재료는 불포화 지방산 에스터, 방향족 비닐 화합물, 불포화 지방산과 그 유도체, 불포화 이염기산(unsaturated dibasic acid)과 그 유도체, 비닐 시아나이드(cyanide) 화합물 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프리즘층은 평행한 삼각 프리즘의 선형 배열 구조, 사각뿔 프리즘 구조, 원뿔 프리즘 구조, 반구형 프리즘 구조 및 비구형 프리즘 구조 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명기재층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름, 폴리카보네이트 필름, 폴리프로필렌 필름, 폴리에틸렌 필름, 폴리스틸렌 필름 또는 폴리에폭시 필름으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저면층은 대전방지제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 대전방지제는 4차 아민계, 음이온계, 양이온계, 비이온계, 및 플로라이드계 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 필름.
