Description
Claims (1)
- 내부로 냉각유체를 유입시키는 냉각유체 유입구(11a)와 내부에 유입된 냉각유체를 케이싱(11)의 외부로 배출시키는 냉각유체 배출구(11b)를 측벽에 구비한 케이싱(11), 상기 케이싱(11)의 양측 선단에 각각 삽입설치된 전방 브라켓트(12)와 후방 브라켓트(13), 상기 전·후방 브라켓트(12,13)을 중심축 방향으로 관통하여 복수개의 베어링(14a,14b)로 지지된 스핀들축(15), 스핀들축(15)의 외주에 설치된 회전자(16), 상기 회전자(16)와 미세한 간극(C)을 형성하면서 그 회전자(16)의 외측을 감싸도록 배치된 고정자(17) 및 상기 케이싱(11)의 냉각유체 유입구(11a)에 냉각유체 공급라인(L1)으로 연통되어 냉각유체를 케이싱(11)의 내부로 공급하고, 상기 냉각유체 배출구(11b)와는 냉각유체 귀환라인(L2)로 연통되어 냉각유체를 순환시키는 냉각장치를 포함한 빌트인 모터에 있어서,상기 고정자(17)의 양쪽 각 선단에는 냉각유체 유입구(31a,31b)가 형성된 엔드코일 캡(31)이 끼워져 설치되고, 상기 냉각유체 유입구(31a,31b)는 상기 냉각장치(20)의 냉각유체 공급라인(L1)과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 빌트인 모터의 냉각장치.
