Claims (15)
- 전쟁용 화생방작용제나 산업용 유독가스를 제거하여 호흡가능한 공기를 제조하는 공기정화장치로서,저온플라즈마를 발생시키는 플라즈마 반응기;와,상기 플라즈마 반응기와 혼성 또는 분리되어 있으며, 흡착제 또는 촉매가 충진되어 있는 촉매반응기; 및상기 플라즈마 반응기와 흡수반응기를 통과하는 유독물질이 저온플라즈마에 의한 분해반응과 플라즈마 방전시 수반되는 유전열을 이용한 촉매반응에 의하여 분해되면서 발생하는 분해생성물을 흡수하여 제거하는 흡수반응기;를포함하여 구성되는 공기정화시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라즈마 반응기는 유전체장벽방전(DBD, dielectric barrier discharge)을 일으키는 반응기로서 두 개의 전극과 상기 전극 중 적어도 하나에는 유전체물질이 코팅되어 있는 공기정화시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 반응기는 두 개의 평판형 전극으로 구성되는 공기정화시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 반응기는 동축형 외부전극과 심재형의 내부 전극으로 구성되는 공기정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라즈마 반응기와 촉매반응기가 혼성되어 있는 경우에, 플라즈마반응기의 두 전극 사이에 흡착제 또는 촉매 등의 충진물질이 충전되어 있는 공기정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라즈마 반응기와 촉매반응기가 혼성되어 있는 경우에, 플라즈마반응기의 두 전극 사이에 촉매물질을 코팅한 일체형의 세라믹 허니컴이 삽입되어 있는 공기정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라즈마반응기에는 50Hz~50kHz 주파수 범위의 5~30kV의 교류전원이 인가되는 공기정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라즈마 반응기와 촉매반응기가 직렬로 2단 이상 연결되 어있는 공기정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 형태는 구슬형, 펠릿형, 과립형 집합체 또는 허니컴 형태인 공기정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로 사용되는 물질은 금속산화물에 Pt, Pd, Rh 등의 귀금속이 담지된 것, 금속산화물에 CrOX, CuOX 등의 전이금속 산화물이 담지된 것, 제올라이트 13X 등의 분자체, 또는 TiO2, ZrO2, SnO2 등의 반도체 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 공기정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡수반응기에 포함되는 흡수제는 활성탄형 흡수제 또는 CaCO3, CaO, ZnO, MgO 등과 같은 염기성 산화물을 펠릿 또는 일체형(monolith)으로 가공한 것인 공기정화시스템.
- 화생방작용제 또는 산업용 유독가스로 오염된 공기중의 유독물질을 저온플라즈마 방전에 의하여 방전시 발생하는 이온이나 라디칼로 분해시키고,상기 저온플라즈마 방전과 동시에 또는 순차로 상기 유독물질을 촉매 반응에 의하여 분해시키고,플라즈마 및 촉매반응을 통하여 분해되는 유독물질로부터 발생되는 반응생성물을 흡수 제거하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 공기정화방법.
- 삭제
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 촉매반응은 플라즈마 방전시 발생되는 유전열에 의하여 활성화되는 촉매반응 및 자외선에 의한 광촉매 반응이 동시에 작용하는 공기정화방법.
