Claims (3)
- 팽창성 광물의 원석을 고온의 열풍으로 팽창시켜 비중이 낮은 팽창석으로 변화시키는 팽창로와, 상기 팽창로에 원석을 공급하는 원석 공급수단과, 상기 팽창석을 배출하는 팽창석 배출수단으로 이루어진 팽창성 광물의 팽창장치에 있어서,상기 원석이 이동하면서 단계적으로 고열을 흡수하여 팽창하도록 상기 팽창로의 내부에는 다단계의 지그재그형으로 경사된 튜브채널이 형성되고,상기 열풍이 팽창석의 출구측에서 원석의 입구측으로 흐르도록 열풍을 공급하는 버너는 팽창석의 출구측에 설치되고 열풍의 출구는 원석의 입구측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창성 광물의 팽창장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원석이 상기 튜브채널을 따라 하측으로 슬라이딩하면서 팽창로의 하측에서 상승하는 열풍에 의해 팽창하도록, 상기 팽창로는 세워져 설치되고, 원석의 입구는 상기 팽창로의 상측에 형성되며, 팽창석의 출구는 상기 팽창로의 하측에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창성 광물의 팽창장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 팽창석 배출수단은,상기 팽창석이 일시적으로 저장되는 저장부와,상기 팽창석의 배출량을 조절하는 밸브와,배출되는 팽창석을 냉각시키도록 냉풍을 공급하는 냉풍공급 블로아로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창성 광물의 팽창장치.
