Claims (1)
- 차량의 조향 샤프트에 축결합된 샤프트 기어, 샤프트 기어와 제1 기어비로 치결합되는 제 1 검출기어; 샤프트 기어와 제 2 기어비로 치결합되는 제 2 검출기어; 제 1 검출기어의 중심축선 상에 설치되어 회전 자계를 발생시키는 단일의 제 1 영구자석; 제 1 영구자석의 상부에 근접 설치되어 상기 회전 자계의 회전각을 검출하는 제 1 자기저항센서; 제 2 검출기어의 중심축선 상에 설치되어 회전 자계를 발생시키는 단일의 제 2 영구자석; 제 2 영구자석의 상부에 근접 설치되어 상기 회전 자계의 회전각을 검출하는 제 2 자기저항센서 및 제 1 및 제 2 자기저항센서로부터 제공된 검출 신호를 미리 정해진 프로그램에 의해 연산 처리하여 조향 샤프트의 회전 방향 및 회전각을 연산하는 연산/제어 수단을 포함하여 이루어진 차량의 조향각 검출 장치에 있어서,샤프트 기어를 상층 기어와 하층 기어를 갖는 복층 기어로 구성하고;제 1 검출기어와 제 2 검출기어를 각각 상층 기어와 하층 기어에 치결합하되 제 1 검출기어가 제 2 검출기어의 상부에서 제 2 검출기어의 중심축을 덮지 않는 범위 내에서 제 2 검출기어에 겹쳐져서 배치되며;제 2 영구자석과 제 2 자기저항센서 사이의 간격을 제 1 영구자석과 제 1 자기저항센서의 간격과 동일하게 유지시키는 간격 유지구를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향각 검출 장치.
