Claims (9)
- 하기 (A) 와 (B) 의 중축합으로 제조되는, 40 ℃ 에서 액체이고 60 ℃ 에서 10,000 mPa·s 이하의 점성도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리올:(A) 프탈산 무수물과 o-프탈산으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 프탈산 성분, 및 지방족 다염기성 산을 포함하는 산 성분(여기에서, 지방족 다염기성 산에 대한 프탈산 성분의 몰비는 0.05 내지 0.2 이다), 및(B) 다가 알콜.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지방족 다염기성 산이 아디프산인 폴리에스테르 폴리올.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수평균 분자량이 500 내지 4000 인 폴리에스테르 폴리올.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다가 알콜이 에틸렌 글리콜 및 1,4-부탄디올로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 폴리에스테르 폴리올.
- 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 함유하는 폴리올 성분과 발포 반응시켜, 폴리우레탄 발포체를 생산하는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 프탈산 무수물과 o-프탈산으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 프탈산 성분, 및 지방족 다염기성 산을 포함하는 산 성분 (A) 와, 다가 알콜 (B) 의 중축합으로 제조되는, 40 ℃ 에서 액체이고 60 ℃ 에서 10,000 mPa·s 이하의 점성도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올 (a) 와, 폴리이소시아네이트 (b) 를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 지방족 다염기성 산에 대한 프탈산 성분의 몰비가 0.05 내지 0.55 인 방법.
- 제 7 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 이소시아네이트 예비중합체를 폴리올 성분과 발포 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 발포체를 생산하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
