Claims (20)
- 층간 전력 손실을 최소화시키기 위해 높은 수준의 표면 비저항을 제공하도록 절연성 피복으로 양면이 피복된 무방향성 전기 강판이며,상기 피복은, 100 건조 중량부를 기준으로, 20 내지 60 중량부의 알루미늄 인산염, 20 내지 70 중량부의 적어도 하나의 무기 미립 규산염 및 10 내지 25 중량부의 아크릴 수지를 함유하는 유기/무기 경화 피복으로 구성되며,상기 피복은 모노알루미늄 인산염 용액, 미립 규산염 및 아크릴 라텍스를 함유하는 산성의 수성 현탁액으로부터 형성되며,상기 현탁액은 아크릴 수지의 각각의 중량부당 1 중량부까지의 수용성 유기 용매를 포함하는 피복된 무방향성 전기 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.2 A 이하의 프랭클린 전류를 갖는 피복된 무방향성 전기 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 각각의 표면 상에서 0.5 ㎛ 이상의 두께를 갖는 피복된 무방향성 전기 강판.

- 층간 전력 손실을 최소화시키기 위해 높은 수준의 표면 비저항을 제공하도록 절연성 피복으로 양면이 피복된 무방향성 전기 강판이며,상기 피복은 100 건조 중량부를 기준으로 30 내지 50 중량부의 알루미늄 인산염과, 0.4 내지 40 ㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는 25 내지 65 중량부의 규산염과, 1 ㎛ 보다 작은 입자 크기를 갖는 15 내지 25 중량부의 아크릴 수지를 함유하는 유기/무기 경화 피복으로 구성되며,상기 피복은 모노알루미늄 인산염 용액, 미립 규산염 및 아크릴 라텍스를 함유하는 산성의 수성 현탁액으로부터 형성되며,상기 산성의 수성 현탁액은 0.2 중량% 미만의 미반응 인산을 함유하고, 아크릴 수지의 각각의 중량부당 0.2 내지 1 중량부까지의 수용성 유기 용매를 포함하고,각각의 표면 상의 경화 피복의 두께는 0.5 내지 8 ㎛이고, 상기 절연성으로 피복된 강판은 0.2 A 보다 작은 프랭클린 전류를 갖는 무방향성 전기 강판.
