Claims (23)
- a. 5 내지 99.89중량%의 전분;b. 0.01 내지 10중량%의, 중량-평균 분자량 500,000 이상의 고분자량 중합체;c 0.1 내지 10중량%의 가교제; 및d. 나머지 양의 첨가제;로 이루어지는 조성물에 있어서, 하기 식에 의해 계산되는 모세관 수가 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:Ca=(ηs·Q)/(π·r2·σ)상기 식에서, ηs는 3000s-1 전단율에서 측정한 전단 점도를 Pa·s로 나타낸 것이고, Q는 모세관 다이를 통과하는 유체의 부피유속(㎥/초), r은 모세관 다이의 직경을 m 단위로 나타낸 것이고, σ는 유체의 표면장력을 N/m로 나타낸 것이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전분의 중량-평균 분자량은 1,000 내지 2,000,000이고 전분의 20 내지 99중량%는 아밀로펙틴인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전분의 중량-평균 분자량은 1500 내지 800,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자량 중합체의 중량-평균 분자량은 800,000 내지 2,200,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자량 중합체의 용해도 파라미터와 전분의 용해도 파라미터 차이는 10MPa1/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자량 중합체는 폴리아크릴아미드 및 그 유도체; 폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타크릴산, 및 그 에스테르; 폴리비닐알콜; 폴리에틸렌아민; 상기 중합체로의 단량체로부터 제조된 공중합체; 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 첨가제는 하나 이상의 히드록실 그룹을 갖는 히드록실 가소제, 히드록실기가 없는 가소제, 희석제, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 첨가제는 산화제, 유화제, 계면활성제, 해리제, 윤활제, 가공보조제, 광택제, 산화방지제, 방염제, 염료, 안료, 충전제, 단백질 및 그 알칼리 염, 생분해성 합성 수지, 왁스, 저 용융 합성 열가소성 수지, 점착성 수지, 증량제, 습윤강화제, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 전분의 중량평균 분자량은 1500 내지 800,000, 고분자량 중합체의 중량평균 분자량은 800,000 내지 2,200,000이고, 고분자량 중합체의 용해도 파라미터와 전분의 용해도 파라미터 차이는 10MPa1/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 고분자량 중합체는 폴리아크릴아미드 및 그 유도체; 폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타크릴산, 및 그 에스테르; 폴리비닐알콜; 폴리에틸렌아민; 상기 중합체로의 단량체로부터 제조된 공중합체; 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 첨가제는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- (a) 중량-평균 분자량 1000 내지 2,000,000의 전분을 공급하고;(b) 중량-평균 분자량 500,000 이상의 고분자량 중합체를 공급하고;(c) 가교제를 공급하고;(d) 하나 이상의 히드록실 그룹을 갖는 히드록실 가소제, 히드록실기가 없는 가소제, 희석제, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 공급하고;(e) 전분 5 내지 99.89중량%, 고분자량 중합체 0.001 내지 10중량%, 및 0.1 내지 10 중량%의 가교제, 나머지 양의 첨가제로 구성되고 하기 식에 의해 계산되는 모세관 수가 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물을 형성하고;Ca=(ηs·Q)/(π·r2·σ)상기 식에서, ηs는 3000s-1 전단율에서 측정한 전단 점도를 Pa·s로 나타낸 것이고, Q는 모세관 다이를 통과하는 유체의 부피유속(㎥/초), r은 모세관 다이의 직경을 m 단위로 나타낸 것이고, σ는 유체의 표면장력을 N/m로 나타낸 것이며,그리고(f) 상기 혼합물을 다이를 통해 섬유, 필라멘트. 발포체 및 필름으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료로 제조하는 것으로 구성되는 조성물의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 모세관 수가 1 내지 100인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물은 90℃, 700S-1에서 측정했을 때 3 내지 5,000의 트라우톤 비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
