Claims (7)
- 전열유체가 저장된 열교환체를 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 전열유체와 상기 열교환체 주위의 피 전열유체 사이에 열교환이 이루어지는 열교환기에 있어서,상기 열교환체의 표면에는 금속이 산화되어 성장된 미세 와이어가 다수 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산화되어 미세 와이어로 성장되는 금속은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 미세 와이어는 길이가 상기 열교환체의 표면으로부터 수 ㎛미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 미세 와이어는 단면적의 폭이 10nm 내지 100nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 전열유체가 저장되는 열교환체의 표면을 금속으로 코팅하는 제1단계와;상기 금속으로 코팅된 열교환체를 일정 온도의 산화용액에 담가 상기 금속을 산화시킴으로써 미세 와이어를 성장시키는 제2단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 금속은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 금속으로 코팅된 열교환체는 산화용액에 100℃이내의 온도에서 1분 내지 10분 동안 담가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 제조방법.
