Claims (4)
- 플렉시블한 PET 기판이 권취되는 권취롤과, 권취롤로부터 인출된 PET 기판을 안내하는 다수의 안내롤러와, 제 2 및 제 3 안내롤러가 그 내부에 내장되게 설치됨과 아울러 혼합용액을 담을 수 있도록 형성된 침전조와, 침전조를 가열하는 가열유니트로 구성된 성형장치로서, PET 기판의 양면에 황화아연 박막의 반사방지막을 성형하는 성형방법에 있어서,상기 침전조내에 1몰의 황화아연 용액, 1몰의 암모니아 용액, 1몰의 히드라진수화물 용액과, 이온제거수를 혼합하여 가열하고, 가열된 혼합용액에 티오요소 용액을 첨가하여 가열하면서 교반하여 용해.포화시키는 혼합용액제조단계와;상기 혼합용액제조단계에 의해서 제조된 침전조내의 혼합용액에 다수의 안내롤러를 통해 PET 기판을 침전시켜 PET 기판의 양면에 황화아연 박막을 증착시켜 반사방지막을 성형하는 증착단계;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막이 성형된 플렉시블한 피이티 기판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 PET 기판의 양면에 증착되는 황화아연 박막의 증착온도는 80∼85℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막이 성형된 플렉시블한 피이티 기판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 PET 기판의 증착각도 즉, 침전조내의 혼합용액에 잠겨 있는 제 2 안내롤러와 제 3 안내롤러가 이루는 경사각도는 75∼80도인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막이 성형된 플렉시블한 피이티 기판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해서 그 양면에 황화아연 박막으로 이루어진 반사방지막이 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막이 성형된 플렉시블한 피이티 기판.
