Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 레이저 빔을 방출하며, 사용자의 손에 잡혀서 환자의 피부의 표면에 대해서 자유롭게 이동될 수 있는 완드를 포함하는 레이저 장치에 있어서,a) 상기 완드에 내장되어 있는, 다수의 레이저 빔을 발생하기 위한 다수의 레이저 출력 소스와,b) 레이저 빔을 받아 레이저 빔의 각각을 소망의 스폿 형상으로 변형하기 위해 상기 완드에 부착된 광학 장치를 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 두 개 이상의 레이저 빔이 동시에 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 레이저 출력 소스 각각에 의해서 레이저 출력의 발생을 독립적으로 제어하기 위한 제어기를 더 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 출력 소스 각각은 1와트 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 출력 소스중 하나 이상이 반도체 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 출력 소스는 가시 영역내의 파장을 가진 레이저 빔을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스폿 형상중 하나 이상은 거의 선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1스폿 형상을 가진 제 1레이저 빔과 제 2스폿 형상을 가진 제 2레이저 빔을 더 특징으로 하며, 상기 제 1스폿 형상은 거의 선형이고 상기 제 2스폿 형상은 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각 레이저 빔의 펄스 폭을 제어하기 위한 제어 회로를 더 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔중 하나 이상의 펄스 폭은 방출된 레이저 광이 실질적으로 연속적으로 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 제 1펄스 폭을 가지는 제 1레이저 빔과 제 2펄스 폭을 가지는 제 2레이저 빔을 더 특징으로 하며, 상기 제 1펄스 폭은 방출된 레이저 광이 실질적으로 연속적으로 되게 하며 상기 제 2펄스 폭은 제로가 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 제 2펄스 폭의 펄스 폭은 100,000Hz 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
- 레이저 빔을 방출하며, 내부 공동을 가지며 사용자의 손에 잡혀서 환자의 피부의 표면에 대해서 자유롭게 이동될 수 있는 완드를 포함하는 레이저 장치에 있어서,a) 상기 완드에 내장되어 있는, 제 1레이저 빔을 발생하는 제 1반도체 다이오드 레이저 출력 소스와 제 2 레이저 빔을 발생하는 제 2반도체 다이오드 레이저 출력 소스와,b) 레이저 빔을 받아 레이저 빔의 각각을 소망의 스폿 형상으로 변형하기 위해 상기 완드의 내부 공동에 설치된 광학 장치와,c) 각 레이저 빔의 펄스 폭을 제어하기 위한 제어 회로를 포함하며,상기 레이저 빔중 하나 이상은 가시 스펙트럼의 적색 영역내의 파장을 가지며,상기 제 1레이저 빔의 스폿 형상은 거의 선형이고 상기 제 2레이저 빔의 스폿 형상은 거의 원형이며,상기 제 1레이저 빔은 연속 방사선이고 상기 제 2레이저 빔은 제로보다 큰 제 2펄스 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 장치.
