Claims (4)
- 유리섬유지(Glassfiber Tissue)에 페놀수지와 첨가제가 함침되어 이루어진 시트의 양면에 마감재가 설치되어 불연성 벽체를 형성하는 건축용 판넬에 있어서,상기 시트의 가공온도에 따라 경화 정도가 구분되는 반경화시트와 완전경화시트가 혼합 적층되며, 상기 반경화시트와 완전경화시트의 내측에는 유리섬유지가 각각 함침됨을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유지 시트를 이용한 경량 복합재판넬.

- 유리섬유지(Glassfiber Tissue)에 페놀수지와 첨가제가 함침되어 이루어진 시트에 있어서;상기 유리섬유지에 적정 점도 및 혼합비로 혼합된 페놀 수지 및 첨가제를 함침시킨 후, 120도 내지 130도의 온도범위를 갖는 1차설정온도로 가열하여 반경화시트를 제조하며, 140도 내지 150도의 온도범위를 갖는 2차설정온도로 가열하여 완전경화시트를 제조하는 제1단계와;상기 제1단계 공정 후에 상기 반경화시트와 완전경화시트를 제품 사양에 따라 재단 후 혼합 적층하고 양면에 마감재를 부착하여 복합재판넬을 형성하는 제2단계와,상기 제2단계 공정 후에 프레스장치의 양측에 구비된 프레스열판을 1차가열온도로 가열시킨 상태에서 상기 복합재판넬을 투입하여 상기 프레스열판에 의하여 가열 압착되는 제3단계와,상기 제3단계 공정 후에 상기 프레스열판을 상기 1차가열온도 보다 높은 2차가열온도로 가열하여 상기 복합재판넬을 가열 압착하게 되는 제4단계와,상기 제4단계 공정 후에 상기 프레스열판을 냉각시킨 후 성형된 상기 복합재판넬을 인출하는 제5단계를 포함한 공정 순서로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유지 시트를 이용한 경량 복합재 판넬의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제3단계의 1차가열온도는 80도 내지 120도의 온도범위를 갖게 되며, 상기 제4단계의 2차가열온도는 140도 내지 170도의 온도범위를 갖게 됨을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유지 시트를 이용한 경량 복합재 판넬의 제조방법.
