Claims (4)
- 케이싱 내에 설치하는 프레임 유니트와, 프레임 유니트에 고정하여 플럭스를 형성하는 고정자 및 이 고정자의 플럭스에 따라 직선으로 왕복운동을 하는 가동자로 이루어진 왕복동식 모터와, 프레임 유니트에 결합하는 실린더 및 이 실린더의 내부에서 직선 왕복운동을 하도록 왕복동식 모터의 가동자에 결합하는 피스톤 그리고 실린더의 흡입측과 토출측에 각각 설치하여 피스톤의 왕복운동시 유체를 흡입 압축하여 토출하도록 조절하는 흡입밸브와 토출밸브조립체를 구비한 압축 유니트와, 왕복동식 모터의 가동자와 압축 유니트의 피스톤을 함께 지지하여 이들의 공진운동을 유도하는 공진스프링 유니트를 포함한 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서,상호 본딩체를 표면처리한 코일을 감아 환형으로 형성하고 그 외측면에 몰딩층을 형성하여서 된 권선코일과, 상기 권선코일의 몰딩측 외주면에 낱장 또는 여러 장씩을 묶어 원주방향을 따라 적층하는 복수의 스테이터코어로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 고정자 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,코일은 구리 선재의 외표면에 폴리아미드 이미드(Polyamide Imide)와 자기윤활 폴리아미드(Self-Lubricated Polyamide)를 자례로 도포하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 고정자 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,코일은 구리 선재의 외표면에 폴리에스터 이미드(Polyester Imide)와 폴리아미드 이미드(Polyamide Imide) 그리고 자기윤활 폴리아미드(Self-Lubricated Polyamide)를 자례로 도포하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 고정자 구조.
- 소정 형상의 지그에 상호 본딩되는 코일을 권선하는 단계와,코일을 지그에 권선한 상태에서 통전 또는 가열하여 이웃하는 코일들이 상호 본딩되도록 하는 단계와,상호 본딩된 코일뭉치를 지그에서 인출하여 소정 형상의 캐비티를 가지는 금형에 삽입한 후 절연물로 된 용탕을 주입 몰딩하여 권선코일을 형성하는 단계와,몰딩된 권선코일을 금형에서 꺼내 상기한 스테이터코어를 적층하여 왕복동식 모터의 고정자를 형성하는 단계로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 고정자 제조 방법.
