Claims (10)
- 피용접재의 표면에 피복된 피막 물질에 조사할 레이저 집속광원을 제공 및 제어하는 레이저 발생 및 제어기;상기 피용접재의 표면에 조사하는 집속광의 형태를 직선형 또는 원형으로 변경할 수 있고, 조사점에서의 에너지 밀도를 변경할 수 있는 결상광학계;상기 피용접재의 표면에 조사하는 집속광 에너지의 주사 속도와 주사 범위를 용접 방법과 용접 조건에 따라 변경할 수 있는 주사광학계;상기 주사광학계를 기계적으로 구동하는 주사광학계 제어기;상기 결상광학계 및 주사광학계의 전방에 설치되어 이들을 표면 오염원으로부터 보호하는 보호창;상기 결상광학계 및 주사광학계와 주사광학계 제어기 및 보호창이 설치되는 조사헤드;상기 조사헤드를 원하는 위치로 이동시키는 조사헤드 제어기를 포함하는 피복된 금속판재의 피막 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저 발생 및 제어기는,상기 피막 물질이 금속 물질일 경우에는 1.0㎛의 파장을 출력하고, 상기 피막 물질이 고분자 물질일 경우에는 0.5㎛ 이하∼자외선 영역의 파장을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속판재의 피막 제거장치.

- 도금 또는 도장으로 피복된 금속판재를 용접함에 있어서,상기 금속판재의 피용접부에 대한 용접 직전에,피용접재의 표면에 피복된 피막 물질에 조사할 레이저 집속광원을 제공 및 제어하는 레이저 발생 및 제어기; 상기 피용접재의 표면에 조사하는 집속광의 형태를 직선형 또는 원형으로 변경할 수 있고, 조사점에서의 에너지 밀도를 변경할 수 있는 결상광학계; 상기 피용접재의 표면에 조사하는 집속광 에너지의 주사 속도와 주사 범위를 용접 방법과 용접 조건에 따라 변경할 수 있는 주사광학계; 상기 주사광학계를 기계적으로 구동하는 주사광학계 제어기; 상기 결상광학계 및 주사광학계의 전방에 설치되어 이들을 표면 오염원으로부터 보호하는 보호창; 상기 결상광학계 및 주사광학계와 주사광학계 제어기 및 보호창이 설치되는 조사헤드; 상기 조사헤드를 원하는 위치로 이동시키는 조사헤드 제어기를 포함하는 피막 제거장치를 이용하여 피용접부의 표면에 피복된 피막 물질을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속판재의 피막 제거장치를 이용한 용접방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 피막 물질이 금속 물질일 경우에는 1.0㎛ 파장의 레이저로 제거하고, 상기 피막 물질이 고분자 물질일 경우에는 0.5㎛ 이하∼자외선 영역 파장의 레이저로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속판재의 피막 제거장치를 이용한 용접방법.

- 제5항에 있어서,연속 선형 용접을 실시할 경우에, 상기 피막제거장치로부터 조사되는 피막 제거 에너지를 용접될 폭에 피막 제거 목표 범위내에서 좌우로 주사하며 피용접재 표면의 피막을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속판재의 피막 제거장치를 이용한 용접방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,단속적인 용접을 실시할 경우에, 상기 피용접부에 대한 피막제거 및 용접은,상기 피막제거장치로부터 조사되는 피막 제거 에너지를 용접 시작 직전 시간동안 피용접부에 조사하는 단계;휴지 시간을 두는 단계;용접 전극에 용접 전류가 인가되어 용접이 이루어지는 단계;다음 용접 위치로 이동하는 시간을 포함한 공정 시간을 두는 단계가 반복되는 시퀸스에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속판재의 피막 제거장치를 이용한 용접방법.
