Claims (4)
- 동력발생원인 구동부(1)의 구동풀리(2)로부터 동력을 전달받는 종동부(3)의 종동풀리(4)로 동력을 전달하는 벨트(5)에 있어서,상기 벨트의 사행을 감지하기 위하여 종동풀리의 상부 양측에 센서(6)가 마련되고, 상기 벨트의 사행을 감지하는 센서의 신호를 받아 그 신호에 맞게 작동하는 작동기(10)가 마련되며, 상기 작동기에 따라 이동되며 저부에는 흡입팬(21)이 마련된 덕트(20)가 설치되고, 상기 덕트의 상단에는 후드(31)가 설치된 벨트사행 조정기(30)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달 벨트의 사행 교정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 종동풀리의 양측에 벨트의 사행을 감지하도록 마련된 센서는 적어도 2개이상을 한조로 상기 벨트의 양측에 각각 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달 벨트의 사행 교정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벨트사행 조정기에 마련된 후드의 내부에는 그 후드의 내부에서 선택적으로 회동하면서 상기 후드의 내부를 분할하여 흡입공기의 흡입방향을 조절하는 댐퍼(32)가 마련되고 상기 댐퍼가 설치된 후드(31)의 상단에는 스프링(35)으로 탄력 설치된 승강부재(34)가 마련되며 상기 후드의 양측면에는 승강부재의 하강정도를 검출하는 로드셀(40)이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달 벨트의 사행 교정장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동기는 센서의 신호에 의해서 정/역회전하는 모터(11)가 마련되고 그 모터에는 외주면에 나선홈이 형성된 회전축(13)이 마련되며 상기 회전축에 나사결합되는 이동관(14)은 상기 덕트의 외측면에 접촉된 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달 벨트의 사행 교정장치.
