Claims (23)
- 공기를 가열하기 위한 난방장치용 방열기 요소로서, 상기 방열기 요소는 적어도 하나의 라멜라 요소(28) 및 방열기 시트(22, 34)를 포함하며, 상기 방열기 시트는 상기 라멜라 요소를 상기 방열기 시트에 부착하기 위해서 적어도 두 모서리들 상에서 돌출부(8)들을 포함하는 방열기 요소에 있어서,상기 돌출부들은 상기 라멜라 요소의 부착을 위해 상기 라멜라 요소에 대해 외측으로 눌려질 때까지 적어도 90°까지 접혀지며,상기 각각의 돌출부들은 굽힘 과정이 용이해지도록 상기 모서리를 따라서 노치(9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열기 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부들은 각 모서리를 따라서 제1 길이 및 상기 모서리에 대해 수직 방향으로 제2 길이를 가지며, 상기 제1 길이는 상기 제2 길이보다 현저히 크게 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방열기 요소.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부들의 상기 제1 길이가 각 모서리 길이 또는 상기 라멜라 요소의 길이와 동일하게 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방열기 요소
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 모서리를 따라 형성된 노치의 길이가 상기 돌출부들의 상기 제1 길이와 동일하게 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방열기 요소.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접혀진 상태에서 상기 돌출부들의 상기 제2 길이가 약 0.4mm임을 특징으로 하는 방열기 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라멜라 요소는 구불구불한 형태(meander-like manner)로 배치된 복수의 라멜라들을 포함하며, 상기 라멜라 요소는 인접한 라멜라들과 서로 접촉하는 방식으로 상기 방열기 시트에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 방열기 요소.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방열기 요소를 포함하는 공기를 가열하기 위한 난방 장치.
- 공기를 가열하기 위한 난방장치용인, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방열기 요소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은:적어도 하나의 라멜라 요소(28)를 제공하는 단계; 및상기 라멜라 요소를 방열기 시트에 부착하기 위해서 상기 방열기 시트의 적어도 두 모서리들 상에서 돌출부(8)들을 포함하는 방열기 시트(22, 34)를 제공하는 단계;상기 모서리들을 따라서 상기 돌출부들에 적어도 하나의 노치(9)를 배치하는 단계;상기 방열기 시트 위에 상기 적어도 하나의 라멜라 요소를 배치하는 단계와;상기 돌출부들을 상기 라멜라 요소에 부착하기 위해서 상기 라멜라 요소에 대해 외측으로 눌려질 때까지 적어도 90°까지 상기 돌출부들을 접는 단계;를 포함하는 방열기 요소를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 방열기 시트 위에 상기 적어도 하나의 라멜라 요소를 배치하는 단계는:상기 돌출부들을 접어서 약간 개방된 U자형 시트를 형성하는 단계와;상기 U자형 시트 안으로 상기 적어도 하나의 라멜라 요소를 삽입하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방열기 요소를 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 약간 개방된 U자형 시트의 개방정도는 약 5°임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
