Claims (6)
- IPM 회로의 과열여부를 감지하여 과열신호를 출력하는 과열감시부,상기 IPM 회로에 흐르는 전류의 과다 여부를 감지하여 과전류신호를 출력하는 과전류감시부,상기 IPM 회로에 설치된 마이콤의 폭주여부를 감지하여 폭주신호를 출력하는 마이콤폭주감시부, 그리고상기 과열신호와 과전류신호, 및 폭주신호 중 적어도 어느 하나가 출력되면 오류신호를 발생하여 상기 IPM 회로를 정지시키는 오류신호발생부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPM 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마이콤폭주감시부는상기 마이콤으로부터 인가되는 신호를 반전시키는 제 1 반전부,상기 제 1 반전부에서 출력되는 신호를 반전시키는 제 2 반전부,상기 마이콤으로부터 인가되는 신호를 평활하여 반전시키는 제 3 반전부, 그리고상기 제 2 반전부와 상기 제 3 반전부로부터 인가되는 신호를 반전시키는 제 4 반전부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPM 보호회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 반전부, 제 2 반전부, 그리고 제 4 반전부 중 적어도 하나는 달링톤 트랜지스터 어레이(Darlington transistor array)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPM 보호회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 반전부의 입력단에 외부로부터 소정의 전압을 인가하는 전원입력단이 부가적으로 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPM 보호회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 반전부는상기 마이콤에서 출력된 신호를 평활하는 평활커패시터,상기 평활커패시터에서 평활된 신호를 반전시키는 반전장치를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPM 보호회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 반전장치는 달링톤 트랜지스터 어레이(Darlington transistor array)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPM 보호회로.
