Claims (3)
- 초임계유체추출장치를 통한 참깨 또는 참깨박에서 참기름을 추출하는 방법에 있어서,상기 초임계유체추출장치의 추출반응기 내부에 참깨 또는 참깨박을 투입하는 단계,상기 추출반응기 내부에 유체저장조로부터 추출용매인 CO2를 공급하는 단계,상기 추출반응기 내부에 공급된 CO2의 압력을 470~650bar, 온도를 40~60℃로 유지하여 업플로우 방식으로 리그난 성분이 포함된 참기름을 추출하는 단계,상기 추출반응기에서 추출된 리그난 성분이 포함된 참기름으로부터 상기 CO2 의압력을 50~65bar로 감압하여 분리하는 단계, 및상기에서 분리된 CO2는 유체저장조로 이동하여 손실된 CO2를 보충한 후 다시 추출반응기로 순환공급하고, CO2 와 2차에 걸쳐 분리된 리그난 성분이 포함된 참기름을 수거하는 단계,로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계유체추출기술을 이용한 참기름의 추출방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분리하는 단계는상기 추출반응기에서 추출된 리그난 성분이 포함된 참기름으로부터 상기 CO2 의 압력을 100~150bar로 감압하여 1차 분리하는 단계, 및상기에서 1차 분리된 CO2 의 압력을 50~65bar로 재감압하여 2차 분리하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계유체추출기술을 이용한 참기름의 추출방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 참기름을 추출하는 단계는추출반응기 내부에 공급된 CO2의 압력을 550bar, 온도를 55℃로 유지하여 업플로우 방식으로 리그난 성분이 포함된 참기름을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계유체추출기술을 이용한 참기름의 추출방법.
