Claims (16)
- BaO-nTiO2계 유전체 84 - 97 중량%와,Li2O, B2O3, SiO2 를 포함하는 유리프리트 3 - 16 중량%를포함하여 구성되며,상기 BaO-nTiO2계 유전체의 n은 4.0∼4.5의 범위이고,상기 유리 프리트는 SiO2 7∼40 중량%, B2O3 33∼60 중량%, Li2O 18∼41 중량% 로 구성되는유전체 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, Li2O를 K2O, Na2O로 각각 무게비로 0∼50% 대체하는 유전체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리프리트는 유전율이 6.4∼8.5, 유리전이온도는 350∼510℃, 유전손실값은 0.3∼1.0% 인 유전체조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 875℃ 미만에서 99% 이상의 밀도를 가지며, 유전율 25 ~ 35, 품질계수 (Q×f)가 6,000∼20,000 GHz 범위인 유전체 조성물.
