Claims (6)
- 기판 상에 제 1전극, 유기 발광층, 제 2전극이 순차적으로 형성된 유기전계발광소자에 있어서,상기 유기 발광층은,제 1단량체 및 제 2단량체로 구성된 균일한 그물구조를 갖는 블록 공중합체와 소정의 유기 발광물질의 혼합 및 상기 유기 발광물질의 유리 전이온도(Tg) 이상의 열처리를 통해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광물질은 고분자 유기발광물질 임을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블록 공중합체는 음이온 중합 반응에 형성되는 것으로, 상기 두 종류의 단량체는 폴리스티렌 및 폴리부타디엔임을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 두 종류 단량체의 분율에 의해 상기 불록 공중합체는 판형, 원통형, 구형의 규칙적인 구조를 갖음을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1단량체는 그물구조로 넓게 펼쳐진 형태이고, 상기 제 2단량체는 상기 그물구조의 꼭지에 해당하는 형태임을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블록 공중합체와 상기 유기 발광물질의 혼합은 상기 제 2단량체에 대한 유기 발광물질의 분포계수가 0보다 크거나 또는 상기 유기 발광물질에 대한 제 2단량체의 분포계수가 0보다 큰 경우에 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
