Claims (5)
- 생석회 함량이 4 내지 10중량%, SiO2 함량이 0.2 내지 2중량%, 전체 철(Fe) 성분의 함량이 62 내지 70중량%, 전체 산소 함량이 12 내지 16중량%인 전로(轉爐)에서 발생한 미분상의 전기집진 더스트를 강제 산화시키는 단계; 및상기 강제 산화된 전기집진 더스트에 생석회 및 형석을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 용선용 탈인제의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기집진 더스트를 강제 산화시키는 단계는 전기집진 더스트를 공기 또는 산소 분위기 및 200 내지 600℃의 온도에서, 10초 내지 60분 동안 가열하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선용 탈인제의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생석회의 첨가량은 전체 탈인제 조성물에 대하여 15 내지 40중량%이고, 상기 형석의 첨가량은 전체 탈인제 조성물에 대하여 5 내지 15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용선용 탈인제의 제조 방법.

- 생석회 함량이 4 내지 10중량%, SiO2 함량이 0.2 내지 2중량%, 전체 철(Fe) 성분의 함량이 62 내지 70중량%, 전체 산소 함량이 12 내지 16중량%인 전로(轉爐)에서 발생한 미분상의 전기집진 더스트를 강제 산화시키는 단계; 및상기 강제 산화된 전기집진 더스트를 분급하는 단계를 포함하는 산화철 안료의 제조 방법.
