- 화학식 1에 의해 표현되는 2,5-디하이드록시테트라하이드로-2-퓨란카복실산, 이의 광학 활성 물질 또는 이들의 염.화학식 1
- (a) 글루카르산 또는 글루카르산 락톤, 글루카르산 에스테르, 글루카르산 아미드 또는 염과(b) 글루카르산 및/또는 글루카르산 락톤, 글루카르산 에스테르, 글루카르산 아미드 또는 염을 함유하는 화합물 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물을 열-처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 1에 의해 표현된 2,5-디하이드록시테트라하이드로-2-퓨란카복실산, 이의 광학 활성 물질 또는 이들의 염의 제조방법.
- 화학식 1에 의해 표현되는 2,5-디하이드록시테트라하이드로-2-퓨란카복실산, 이의 광학 활성 물질 또는 이들의 염을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 항암제.
